is perfect for corporate retreats, or for special occassions such
as weddings or family reunions. It sits on 140 feet of private
river frontage on the famous Kenai River. The home features three
bedrooms with three full baths. The kitchen has top of the line
stainless appliances with a huge Dynasty gas stove, which can accommodate
the chef in your group or hired catering services. The living room
looks out on the river and has a view of the Kenai Mountains. There is a large redwood deck extending towards the river with outdoor furnishings. Downstairs there is a huge utility room with complete laundry facilities. A large freezer is also available. Around to the front on the lower level facing the river are two complete apartments with separate entrances. These units feature a huge bedroom with complete bath and a great room with kitchenette and lounging area with TV. A large sliding door opens to the river and a deck. Down on the river there is a small bridge across a creek and a picnic table. Right on the river itself there are two nice sized stainless steel cleaning tables with chutes out over the water. You can reserve the house with the two additional apartments as a package or the house alone or the apartments alone, your choice. We know you will enjoy your stay at the Endicott House. All of the furnishings in the living area, bedrooms, and baths are exquisite. It is here that you will find extraordinary luxury on the Kenai River. |
